Tasting notes
COLOR
The colour, straw gold, is very brilliant with fine bubbles.
NOSE
An elegant nose with notes of vine peach and white flowers. It gradually opens up to a delicate touch of pear in syrup.
PALATE
A lively and fresh attack. Predominant flavours of candied lemon, grapefruit and white fruit accompanied by notes of crisp yellow fruit.
Tasting moment
As an accompaniment to a quail fillet and mashed butternut.
